I refuse to do it!" "What's so hard about it?" "It's... it's... embarrassing! In front of everyone like that! Can you imagine?" Now he smiled. Leered, in fact. "Why, yes, I can." "Shigeru~!" The other half-whined. "What's the harm? It won't be for real, anyway. Right?" "..." "... Alright then, I guess you lose." Shigeru shrugged casually, as if to indicate he didn't really care. "No!" The plea held a note of panic. "Yes?" Shigeru arched an eyebrow, a smirk already curving his lips. "I... fine, I'll do it!" "Ah, so the bet continues..." "..." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Owowowowowowowowow!" "Stop it. You're being a chicken." "This is all your fault." Satoshi informed him as he was helped into an easychair. "My fault? Was I the one who thought you'd gone nuts and needed a good whack on the head? Was I the one who went berserk after finding out this was all a joke? Was I the one who went into a rage and continuously beat you with a chair...?" Shigeru looked indignant. "Ah... um, well, maybe Kasumi did go a little overboard..." "...and was I the one who blurted out about the dare after only the first whack on the head?" "Alright, alright, point taken. But still, you're the one who came up with the stupid dare." "Stupid? You can that stroke of genius stupid?" Now he looked offended. "Of course! Who else would come with the idea of me kissing you in front of everyone?" Satoshi gestured, ears tinged slightly pink. "Ah, but the priceless looks on their faces... the looks! Wasn't that just worth it?" "Well, I-" "And Kasumi's reaction! I bet you didn't see that coming." Satoshi groaned, "She probably thought I'd gone off my rockers and was trying to hit on you..." "Knowing her, she's probably has the whole thing twisted around by now and thinks that I was molesting you." Shigeru snickered. "I-Ouch! Watch it with that alcohol swab!" "Stop squirming. I'm trying to clean your cuts off. Take it like a man." "But it hurts! H-Hey, what're you doing?!" "Taking your shirt off for you, what does it look like?" "..." "Oh stop looking at me like I'm going to ravish you right this minute!" "...Are you?" "Do you want me to?" "..." "..." "Oh gosh, look at that! Kasumi managed to tear holes in my shirt!" Shigeru smirked at Satoshi's sudden and intense interest in his tattered shirt. "Looks like you've got some cuts on your chest too. Let's get it cleaned and bandaged." "...Hey, you know, it's your turn..." "What?" "The dare. It's your turn to be dared." Satoshi smiled, a decided gleam in his eyes. "Uh oh..." |
| Keiko's rant: Well if you didn't get it, here's what happend: Satoshi and Shigeru have this ongoing dare/bet thing. Whoever doesn't do the dare each proposes to each other has to suffer the consequences (whatever they may be), so that's why Satoshi was so reluctant to lose. It was Shigeru's turn to give Satoshi a dare, and his dare was for Satoshi to kiss him in front of everyone else. Satoshi, naturally embarrassed, nevertheless complied and got the snot beaten out of him by Kasumi, who got angry after finding out about the dare. In the second scene, Shigeru is bandaging Satoshi's scrapes for him, and when he gets Satoshi's shirts off, Satoshi gets embarrassed and Shigeru half jokes about ravishing Satoshi right there. Insert wide eyes for Satoshi, then awkward moment when the two realize that they're alone together and just imagine the possibilities and thinks "did that mean he WANTS to?" *snicker* Satoshi, being the naive innocent boy that he is and always will be, changes the subject in the best way he knew how, and the moment passes... until Satoshi realizes it's now his turn to dare Shigeru and totally embarrass him...
