Drakken System: SNES Date: 1991 This was a little know RPG that was released with the first batch of games for the SNES. Graphics: First perspective view for the over world with 21/2d dungeons. The over world look cool way back in 91 (I saw someone playing it) but even compared to 2nd generation titles for the SNES this games graphics suck. Though their dark look does set the mood in its way. SCORE: 3.5 Music: Dark ominous themes set the tone for this game. While the music can get old fast( the few tracks loop and loop and 10...) they are mood setting and fit the rest of the game. SCORE: 5 Story: The plot is paper thin with self create characters. SCORE: 2 Gameplay: Simple gameplay in the Dungeons and Dragons traditions. SCORE: 4 Innovation: The computers RPGs have done it all before. SCORE: None Replay: The game is short (10-15 hours or so), so you might want to go again not likely. SCORE: Little Overall: A decent game if your really bored and don't have any thing else.
