The Dog is being transferred to the Transfer Agent so it can be placed in a good and loving home. All parties are acting in the best interested of the Keeshond Breed and with good faith.

The Transfer Agent will notify the Rescue Coordinator upon successful placement of the Dog.

The Rescue Coordinator will be supplied with the name, address and phone number of the adopting party, as well as a copy of the contract for adoption signed by the adoptive party.

If, in the future, the Dog should not be able to stay with its adoptive party, the Transfer Agent will take responsibility for the Dog by ensuring it will be returned to them.

The Transfer Agent and Rescue Coordinator have thoroughly read and understand and agree to abide by this contract as witnessed by the signatures below.
