| With 7 years of experience as City Councilman and 6 years experience as a board member of the Wilmer-Hutchins Independent School District School Board, Don Hudson brings many years of public service experience to the City of Wilmer. Don and his family have resided in Wilmer for over 30 years. He has three children, several grand children and a great grandchild. He is also a well-respected member of the business community owning and operating a local Heating/Air Conditioning business. Don has seen many new things happen in Wilmer that he can honsetly say he had a hand in seeing come true. During his tenure as City Councilman, Don has worked very effectively with other Council Members, Civic Leaders, Dallas County Public Servants and Dignitaries as well as the Wilmer Community as a whole. Don offers this experience to the Citizens of Wilmer unselfishly and professionally. |
| Since 2000, Tiny has been a very professional and productive member of the City Council of Wilmer, seeing much growth and productivity come to Wilmer. Tiny has been instrumental in seeing many community projects through including Pioneer Days, The Christmas Toy Drive, Easter Egg Hunts to mention a few. Tiny is the type of person Wilmer needs to keep projects geared toward the public interest alive and flourishing in the City of Wilmer. Tiny enjoys a good working relationship with other Council Members, County Officials and many local Police Departments having served as a WILMER POLICE OFFICER. Tiny offers professionalism, respect and trust to the City of Wilmer. |
| Teresa is a newcomer to the City Council of Wilmer. This is her first year to become involved in making the decisions that will shape Wilmer's future. Teresa brings an earnest respect for the City of Wilmer along with many years of unselfish service both as a VOLUNTEER FIRE FIGHTER and an EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN on the Wilmer Fire Department. Teresa has also served as a paid PARAMEDIC on the Wilmer Fire Department for many years, treating many of the citizens of Wilmer and the surrounding communities. Teresa also worked for several years at the medical office of Dr. Robert Megna in Ferris, where she continued her trend of taking care of the sick and injured in Wilmer. Teresa wants to see more activities in Wilmer, including those for the elderly, the kids and the rest of the community as a whole, and she does believe that Wilmer is growing at a rapid rate and wants to be a part of that growth. Teresa is a tireless volunteer dedicated to the needs of the Wilmer Community and wishes to have your vote to continue that trend. |
| Billy is the resident veteran in Wilmer politics, but carries a great deal of experience and professionalism to the table. Billy has been through most of the trials and tribulations that have been bestowed on Wilmer in the last 40 years, and always knows how to get out of any problem the City of Wilmer might be faced with. Billy has been instrumental in helping bring the new face to Wilmer that is growth, jobs and revenue. Billy sees that potential in this new industrial development that is being planned in and around Wilmer and welcomes it with open arms. Billy understands the need for jobs in this community and strives to always take care of "the little guy (or girl)". The financial problems that Wilmer has been faced with in the past are not new to Wilmer or any other small town, and Billy has worked with and around these problems in the past keepin Wilmer on the map and moving forward. The new industrial plan he is helping develop will continue his goal of taking care of Wilmer's finest, the citizens and their families. Billy offers the experience and professionalism needed to bring in "the new Wilmer". |
