When I was growing up, "The Mod Squad" became more than a TV show to me. It spoke to what was taking place in the lives of many young people who felt alone and misunderstood. The love between Pete, Linc, Julie and the Capt. was what I responded to in 1969 My Dad was a cop, but he didn't understand long hair, love beads or making the scene. Therefore, he didn't understand me and I became an embaressment to him. Watching the Mod Squad became my thearpy. Pete was looking for a family to love him and accept h m for what he was, not how he looked, and he found that with Linc, Julie and Capt. Greer. That meant a great deal to me then and the show holds a special place in my heart because of it. Of couse years later, my Dad and I have grown close, but my teenage ears were difficult indeed. I have several shows on tape, some I like and list as my favorites, some I don't. But I'd like to find the show's I liked the best. That showed the close relationship between the squad. Like the show were Pete and Linc where he d captive in the western town on their motorcycles, or the one where Pete is thinking about quitting the squad and an old foe comes and attacks them. I also have a large scrap book of photo's of the squad which I became putting together in 1970. I'd like o hear from any of you that feel the same. Take care.

I am an Argentine fan of the MOD Squad. We have here in Argentina a cable channel (Uniseries) that airs Mod Squad every week. I always loved the series and Peggy above all!. Some months ago I watched a recent movie of hers and she still looks beautiful as always. And the guys were extremely good. In fact they belong to the 2 best decades of series in the US. Hi, I love your "Mod Squad" site! It's terrific, and the best I've seen. You've really done an excellent job. I'm 27, and I adore "Mod Squad". So does my mom. She watched it while she was in college. To all who might misunderstand my April post: I don't have any videos for sale. I only meant that the only videos I have found available for purchase is the set of 10. I would love to find more. Hopefully this updated movie will regenerate interest in the original series so we can buy more videos or at least get the show back on the air in syndication. I was sooooo thrilled to find this site..and that it linked to others. I have been seeking Mod Squad websites for a very long time. This one looks great and the pictures are cool!! I used to watch the show in reruns and a few years ago, a local station r n all the episodes, including the reunion movie. A girlfriend who collects memorabilia had originals of TV articles and made copies for me, and I have done alot of searching at the public libraries. Amazing what one can find if they persevere!!
