| Emotions are very interesting things. You can smile and not be happy. You can frown and not be sad. Just because someone is laughing doesn't mean he they're are not crying inside. On the other hand. Just because someone is crying, doesn't mean that they're not laughing inside. Some people have emotions that are as hard as steel., and they can keep living, keep moving without you even suspeciting that they're dying inside. Other people may seem the overly sensivite, but in all actuality, they have been through so much that' it's hard not to break during small things. Other times, it may seem that all that people do is cry and complain, but all they really want is for you to listento them, to support them, to encourage them, through all the junk in their lives. Although you may think they are just oversensitive, they could be a greater pain in their hearts. Whatever you do, don't judge them because it only makes it worse. Some people seem strong on the outside as if their problems are not a big deal for them, but on the inside they are scared, apprehensive, and crying. They feel so dead confused and awful and they don't know how they are going to make it. SOmehow they get through day by day, hopeing and praing that they will see the light of day again. Somehow they are holding on, knowing only they want to live even if they don't know why they want to. Some people you would never suspect that anyting is wrong with them; that their mother just died, that they are addicted to pornography, that they are in the occult, that they are sexual abbused. Hiding behind a mask and a smile that only pasted on. They never show you because they don't think that you care. Because they are so used to hiding the pain and living with their pain, they don't know how to show it, how to see peace, how to live without it. They know how to lie, to trick to be what they are not. While eerything is fine and peachy keen on the outside, inside they feel trapped with no way out of their mess, but never judge them because you have no idea the amount of pain they have been through. How do you know what they have been through, and what right do you have to write them off as an oversensitive person who gets too many moodswings? And sometimes words never help. Sometimes you say something dumb to someone in pain, sometimes you just don't know how to express yourself, and all you can do is stutter, look stupid and feel sorry for the person. Although it seems like you don't care, in reality, you just don't know what to do or say because the person's pain has left you speechless. Because what you are on the outside is so easy to fake, you never know what some is really feeling!! |
