looks like I missed you a lot today
i could have talked to you a lot
my dreams just come and go away
like a rambling play without a plot
seems so funny how one can feel
even with the things you've got
sometimes the feeling seems so real
when I talk with you a lot
i'm scared to say but yes i mean
the words you hear me say are not
just a simple time between
the things i do because they're not
because right now i'm sitting here
in a dark and lonely spot
wishing for your lovely cheer
and to talk to you a lot.....
