Offseason and 2006 Rule Book
Offseason Rules
=====================
- Trade offers can be made via email, by phone, or on the message board/guestbook.
- I
MUST receive emails or calls from both (or ALL) parties involved for the trade to be
            considered (posts in the guestbook aren't good enough).
- I will post the trade when I received the emails or calls.
- Everyone else in the league will get an email saying the trade is pending for 1 week.
- If I receive 6 vetos the trade will be considered void.
- IMPORTANT - when you trade for a draft pick (and don't get 1 in return)you will lose your
             last pick in the draft, since your newly aquired draft pick will put you over the max.
             roster spots allowed.
