I have worked for a manufacturer of electronic security equipment for 22 years. During which time I worked in many different positions all of which were electronic technical in nature.I have performed as a Production Test Technician and supervisor of 3 to 5 people in two different departments, as a repair technician in the service department, as a technical writer publishing the company's TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins). The most recent position I held was in the Technical Assistance call center, supervising 4 technicians, helping customers worldwide with system design, installation and repair of the company's products. Much of my technical experience is related to Closed Circuit TV and Electronic Access Control equipment but can be applied to many other areas or positions. While I have been in supervisory roles I am happy being a team member as well.
