| Now for Step 3. Believe it or not, that little kick you do in the middle of the room just helped your muscle tone. So what is the safe, no cost way to get a toned body and flat stomach? Well, it's dance. No, you don't have to twirl a dozen times or kick so high you hit your face. It's really quite simple. Dancing can transform a jelly leg to a fine toned leg. It sounds impossible, but it's not. Dancing uses ALL of your muscles. What muscle do you use most? Look at it. See how it is more toned than your other muscles? Well, dance kind of works like that. Your body is using all it can to make every dance move you do perfect (no, you don't have to be in dance). Your stomach and back are the sources of almost every move, and since dance uses all of your muscles, they have a lot of work to do. This makes them both more toned and even stronger. It requires work, not some pill, to have a better body. Has a pill ever really worked for you? Dance isn't the #1 fat loser, but it out does everything for flat stomachs and toned muscles. So, once you get your weight down a bit, try dancing. Below are suggested instructions. 1. Get some type of music you like and put it into the CD or tape player (turn on radio if you don't have one). 2. Next, concentrate on going all-out (but not hurting yourself) and using all of your muscles. 3. Now dance! Jump, flow your arm, get up on the balls of your feet and walk around, and do just whatever you want. It is supposed to be fun, not like working on some workout equipment. 4. Dance for about 20-30 minutes non stop. Remember, never over do it. If you need rest or water, don't be ashamed to get some. Do it as often as you like, but be careful. You know your limits.
