| Step 4: Abscellent You are almost there! Those abs must be cared for, too, though. So, let's begin with a schedule revision. Breakfast Stretch Go Walking Abscellent Dance Lunch Stretch Weights Abscellent Go Walking Rest Dance Dinner Looks tough? It may be at first, but soon it will be so easy! What is abscellent? Well, it's just the name for the exercises you will do in Step 4. Crunches are super for abs. Lay on your back on the floor with your knees bent. You can either lightly place your hands behind your head or put them straight out in front of you, palms to the ceiling. Keep your eyes on the ceiling the whole time. Pull straight up with your eyes on the ceiling, but only far enough up to get your shoulder blades off the ground. Hold this for 8-10 seconds. Exhale and go back down. Repeat this ten times. Now, do that same exercise, only very fast. Do eight as fast as you can. Then repeat the whole thing one more time. Rest for a minute, and then to ten with your knees to the side. Keep your shoulders on the floor as much as possible. Do both sides, then repeat one more time. During the crunches, if your neck is hurting too much, rest a moment. Many fitness centers have equipment to workout your abs. This is one you can do at home. Crunches are the solution. Lots of dance works, too. It is really what works for you. You have finished Step 4! |
