Compensation and Retribution hereafter for all the Good and Evil Deeds done on Earth.
This is my interpretation of our Sixth Priciple.
The one fundamental issue facing us on Earth is our survival of death and what the afterlife holds for us. Simple put, there is an afterlife, for survival of death has been proved many, many times, and even the Bible contains references to this. Now Spiritualist know that there is no grey haired, bearded gentleman, reading from a ledger who makes a judgement about your past life and sends you to eternal hell or eternal paradise. We know that once our soul makes that transition from the physical world to the Spirit World, we have a period of recuperation to rid us of any adverse effects from the cause of our passing (ie long illness, shock etc). We can then spend time reflecting of the lesson we have, or have not, learnt during our time on Earth and can decide wheter or not we need to continue these lessons, or whether to go on to another level of learning, or whether to take a break from lessons, or whatever. Free will is at work here just as it is on Earth.
The realms of Spirit (note the plural!) consist of multitude upon multitude of "worlds" which are differentiated from each other by the level of Vibration. It is the difference in Vibration that allows these worlds to co-exist. and it is the level of a persons Spirituality at the time of death that determines the particular realm in Spirit that the individual will go to. The higher that persons level of Spirituality the nicer the realm they will go to. And conversly, the lower their Spirituality, the worse the realm will be.
There is a great truth in Spiritualism - Like attracts Like. If you were to live in a world where everyone except you liked the same things, you would feel out of place. And so you go to the realm in Spirit that suits you best. If your life was one of greed, you will be in a realm of like minded souls or if you lived a life of love and harmony, the realm you go to will be full of loving, harmonious souls.
However, it does not end there, for having continued to live, you continue to increase or decrease you level of Spirituality. Therefore, you can progress to a higher realm, or regress to a lower one.
Where you end up, be it "Heaven" or "Hell" depends entirely on you and the life you lead, not only on Earth but once you have returned to Spirit. It is not dependant upon your belief in a person who lived 2000 years ago, but if you follow the example he set, then you will be well on the road to progression. He cannot save you. He will not judge you. But his life and the way he lived it is the signpost for you and will help you on your road. You will ultimately judge your self, not just in terms of reviewing your life, but by the level of Spirituality that you have acquired. As they say, "On your own head be it!"
