Just a note to stroke my ego... I was awarded an
Honorary Shodan (First Degree Black Belt) in ORM on 10/30/98.
Okazaki Restorative Massage (ORM) is a therapeutic, deep tissue, Japanese massage style. It was developed by Seishiro Okazaki as part of the Dan Zan Ryu Jujitsu tradition and is still an integral part of the system.
I was gonna include some more info here but there are many pages out there authored by people with way more knowledge and experience
So I decided to just link there…
