HYACINTH MACAW: Endangered species found in southern Brazil, eastern Bolivia and northeast Paraguay. Smaller fragmented populations occur in other areas of its range. They grow to be approximately 1m long and eats seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetable matter.
The BLUE/GOLD (or YELLOW) MACAW in found in central and southern America and can grow to be 33inches long. They are easily trained to talk with enough attention, but if the attention is not given, they become argessive and paranoid.
The SCARLET MACAW is found in cantral and southern America and can grow to be 36inches. In captivity they can live to be over 65 years old with good care and eat fruit, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
