Projects for future action:
A) Chinese Day Care Center CUP Application to permit a child day care center for 100 children with 10 employees at 5075 Ruffin Road in the IL -2-1 zone.
B) Lightwave Corporate Center PDP and Tentative Vesting Map to amend PDP/PCP/PIP 99-1269 to construct a 3 story office building and a 4 story parking structure with a lot line adjustment on a 1.96 acre site at 9305 Lightwave Ave in the IL-2-1 zone within the New Century Center Master Plan.

Land Use Committee Agenda
The Land Use Committee normally meets the second Wednesday of each month, at noon, in the Airport Conference room 3750 John J Montgomery Drive. The meeting is open to all planning group members and the general public.
No Land Use Committee Meeting is scheduled for September.
