Group Leaders are going to be appointed in order to coordinate raiding groups. It is expected that they have extensive raiding experience as well as the ability to make quick decisions and have good leadership skills. Many new members will need to be shown the tricks of the trade and are going to need someone to rely on for their first few raids. Level 16+ pilots are preferred, but as long as you meet the other criteria you are welcome to become a GL.
