Story:

Born to a noble man who related to the queen of England by a slight distance of cousin relations, and a beautiful gentle spirited  woman. Having been in love with Gabe's mother as well, he was not going to loose her to some lesser known noble man. Forced to swim across a wide river, he was also forced to watch his sister suffer and die from a weak heart. His mother taken in by the sister's of the beloved rose. There she stayed even as he tried to return home in time to save his father, only to end up there front row in time to watch him be beheaded.
 

Out of revenge he became a highway man, setting out to rob from anyone and everyone connected to his mortal foe, the very man who killed his father and had stood there smiling as he watched the axe fall. Unable to do anything nor prove it the queen was unable to help her hands tied. So came the day Gabe choose to kidnap a woman whom he thought was his enemy's own daughter, only to have it prove to be a friend of hers. Since then they had fallen in love and hard. Struggling through life together as each others other half, and together they brought down the man who had loved his mother, murdered his sister, father and nearly his own child to have vengeance against those he hated.  Not quite ready to clear his name, the queen in turn sent him and his wife away, giving them land else where to live.. and you'll find out more when I have time to type this all up again.
