Speedo is by far worn more than any other in the United States. TYR is a close second to Speedo, however many people in other countries such as Australia are wearing suits by Arena.
Do people wear solely the new faster suits or are the older styles still worn such as the aquablade?
The aquablade and older suits are still worn by some competitors but not by very many. The new suits such as the fastskin and aquapel have simply allowed swimmers to swim so much faster that they no longer feel the need to wear the older suit models.
What is the most popular suit cut that people are wearing? Why?
Among guys the most popular suit is by far the full leg fastskin. A few guys were the knee length suit, but very few. For girls there is a little more diversity. There would probably be a tie between the female full leg suit and the record breaker cut. Like with males the same is true for females in that very few were the knee length suits.
