(SBS) All In! (2003)
Ever since he was a youngster Kim In-ha (Lee Byung-hun) has followed his father's footsteps of gambling. By watching his father, In-ha becomes a well played gambler. During high school, In-ha meets Choi Jung-wan (Ji Sung), who is a very well-behaved boy and has a wealthy father. In-ha tries to turn Jung-wan around to be part of his "world". Min Soo-yun (Song Hae-gyo) is the daughter of the theater owner that In-ha and his friends like to hang out in. In plot of revenge for the hurt of a friend and death of the theater's owner, In-ha and Jung-wan starts a horrible fire. Because of that incident, In-ha is sent off to prison for 10 years, but because of his family background, Jung-wan get's off clean. Jung-wan sets off to the U.S. to forget about the incident. Ten years later, In-ha get's out of prison and starts working as a security guard in a casino. Jung-wan returns from the U.S. and starts working at the casino too. And if all wasn't enough of a coincident, Soo-yun (who wanted to become a nun but give up) starts working at the same casino as In-ha and Jung-wan. When the three finally meet again, In-ha and Soo-yun can't help falling in love. But unfortunately, another problem erupts and In-ha runs away to the U.S., leaving Soo-yun. Years later, the two lovers meet again...but this time Soo-yun's married...to Jung-wan. What will happen between In-ha and Jung-wan? |
