Kokowa Dokoda has been online since the summer of 2001. Its aim was to provide accurate information and reliable translations, which were difficult to come by at that time. Kokowa Dokoda was first hosted on Homestead, and moved to geocities in the fall of 2001 after an unfortunate deletion. It was actively updated until 2004, when it went into hibernation, with minimal maintenance carried out. In 2005 much of the layout was overhauled and the site put back to bed. In 2007 Kokowa Dokoda moved from its geocities location at soulofaitwo to a new geocities location. Kokowa Dokoda has the unfortunate habit over overusing its bandwidth and shutting down, but continues to be stored on free servers due to the fact that the Webmistress is stupid and can't figure out proper hosting herself.

Kokowa Dokoda could not exist here without the help of many people. The webmistress wishes to extend her thanks especially to Rita Buuk, JigPu and BlackJackGabbiani for their specific help in research, hosting, and providing high-quality screen captures.

Furthermore, a good deal of gratitude goes out to Emmie-Chan for her HTML help way back in the day, to BabyJigglyPuff for her twisted sense of humour and a hundred late-night chatrooms, Mondu for providing accurate translations, and to the internet communities of TRHQ and Bulbagarden - One for pure wackiness, and the other for it's wealth of information.
