Should I tell you the truth

That you consume my every waking thought

and some sleeping ones too

Sometimes the feeling of you is so strong

I can smell your scent and

your essence I want to consume

But no I can�t tell you that

The true depth of my feelings neither one of us is ready to confront

Talking on the phone about nothing

just to hear the sound of each of other�s voice

Conversations that stay with me

until the next moment we speak

Dancing around the real issue at hand

both of us wishing for you to become my man

Maybe you�re thinking I�m playing hard to get

but this one thing I�m willing to bet

everything I have to give you�re not ready for yet

In denial of what�s really going on between us two

I feel as if on my body and mind

you�ve worked some kind of voodoo

And to this conclusion I�ve come

We need to let go surrender stop playing games

and just succumb

Yeah I think we must
