Kappa Delta Epsilon recognizes, through its membership, outstanding students preparing to enter the teaching profession and those actively engaged in teaching or related professions. As a professional organization, it is an active group in which members of serious purpose undertake projects of service to the campus and/ or community. Regular meetings acquaint members with the history and ethics of the teaching professions, imbue them with a sense of responsibility, and keep them in touch with the current problems of education. Kappa Delta Epsilon enhances teaching as a profession and as a way of living.
