I originally got the idea to make my own line of headwear while taking a ride with a friend of mine on a cold day; My ears were freezing.
It was then that it occurred to me to find a skullcap that would cover my ears and keep them protected from the cold wind. I began looking for such a product on the market yet found none. The skullcaps on the market weren't even flattering on most women. I began playing with fabrics and kept re-working my designs, so that they would stay on at highway speeds. My test subjects have been friends from a local motorcycle club that I have been affiliated with for the last four years.
I love riding and being around the motorcycle scene. It brings out the rebel in me. I have been riding on motorcycles since I was a young girl; It was my father who introduced me to the joy.
