Biographical InformationThe pictures above are of me and
my husband Abe Dickerson. We got
married My granny, my mom’s mom, started teaching me to crochet before I started kindergarten. I didn’t get very far. I remember being very proud of a chain I crocheted that stretched around her entire house, but that’s about all I could do. Several years later my mom taught me how to single crochet and my very first projects were square potholders. Now, when I can find time, I do afghans and other smaller projects. I have a terrible habit of starting more projects before I finish old ones however so I have several works that are IP, and have been for a very long time. I’ll finish them someday… My mom makes the most intricate and beautiful afghans. Someday I hope to achieve that level. |
