Greystone Ranch is a private ranch consisting of over 100 acres, located along the Ottawa River in the heart of the Ottawa Valley. With access to over 400 more acres of great trails along the river. We have many horse trails that consist of all terrrain footing.
After being introduced to the breed over three years ago, we have been impressed with their natural beauty and loyalty. We feel that this breed is a horse that our family can grow with.
A person's first thought is that this breed of Morgan and Arabian is a little too hot for them. I want to emphasize that this particular cross brings out the best of both breeds and I would trust no other breed for carrying my children as young riders. As a first horse for someone this breed represents a naturally lower maintenance overall in comparison to other breeds and is easily trained. I always wanted to breed a horse that had a solid hoof and did not require the fuss of constant shoeing for everyday use. I believe this breed is the best representation of this. We also have a few quarter horses included with our herd these ladies also provide us with personal enjoyment on trails as well as provide foals for us. We take pride whenever possible to have all of our present and future generations registered.
