I am transferring out of Alfred State College to go to Monroe Community College with Brooke. I am so excited about the biggest step in my life. I will update this once I move there!

| My journey with Brooke | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||

||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Here is the story of how I met Brooke and things we have done together. See I moved to Alfred State College on August 10th (8 days before the other students arrive) because I was on student staff. August 18th came and all the students moved in. We had a huge Welcome party (pizza and wings party) outside of Mackenzie North where the student staffs were supposed to introduce our selves to the other students and for the students to meet new friends. Well at the time Sara was my suitemate (she lived next to me) and I happen to run into her at the Welcome party. We talked a little bit then I said goodbye because I was off to Walmart with Paul, Bright and Julien who were also on staff with me. Later that night when I saw Sara she introduce me to Eric and Brooke who she met at Welcome party. The first week of classes we all hung out playing pool, swimming and just getting to know each other.Well at the pool Brooke was flirting with me and I flirted back because I like him too. He left messages on my marker board that hung on my door. He gave me a card that said he was thinking of me and a necklace. Well on August 27, 2004 (Friday evening) I was in Brooke's room. He asked me out! WOW! We only knew each other for over a week and he asked me out. Sara became my roommate on September 9, 2004 and thats when Brooke started to spend the night. After that we became glue to each other. We did so much together at Alfred State. There was never a dull moment with him there. Brooke came home with me for my high school's Jug game (Candor's football game against Spencer), went to my sister Jennifer's wedding, went bowling with my high school friends. I also went to his house and met his family. Went to the mall shopping. Well it came to say good bye for Christmas break. I had lost my staff job so I wasn't sure if I was going back to Alfred or not. Morgan, Amber and I went to Rochester, Ny to Mike's house for New Year's. We spent almost a week there. Brook e had came over as well so I saw 2005 with him. Well sadly I didn't go back to Alfred State and neither did he. It was so hard to keep a relationship going when we can't see each other and we are 2 hours apart so we broke up February 25, 2005. I started to get on the wrong track with my life with guys and started to sleep around. For the months we were split up we were still friends and Brooke was the one to call me to ask if I was ok when I was depressed or having problems with Walt. I went to my dad's in April for a week and while I was there I did alot of thinking of my past few months. I finally realized what was wrong with me. I was happy being in school, being with my friends, working, but mostly I was lost without Brooke. Brooke brings out the best of me and I truelly love him with all my heart. Well I told Brooke how I felt and Brooke had to do alot of soul searching himself. Luckly for me on May 2, 2005 he asked me back out. Well I told Brooke I don't want to lose him again because of distance and thats when we started to talk about moving in together. Well I am moving out June 26, 2005 on my one year graduation anniversary for the Class of 2004! yay baby!!! June 23 Brooke is coming here to spend some time with me and my friends who are graduating. We are going to Candor's graduation ceremony on June 25 then the following day head to Rochester with him. I am transferring out of Alfred State College to go to Monroe Community College with Brooke. I am so excited about the biggest step in my life. I will update this once I move there! |
