INDIRA
Congratulations to Indira , Luke and little Jordan on their wedding,July 3rd, 1999.
GRANNY
This is my beloved Granny, who passed away three years ago. She's loving the best place in the world, Banff, while sitting atop Tunnel Mountain. Mount Rundle is in the background.
When we buried her in Millarville, Alberta in August 1997, we saw that she was watching us from the clouds.
ANGEL
Here's Kim and I on Halloween '97. Long live Monsheshe and Moonkey!
I love this picture from one of my Christmas parties, I guess it was '98.
Things took a darker turn for Halloween 99. See the Bride of Frankenstein and the Blair Witch.
MYKILL
Then we have Cyko Myko, Roach, Mykill. Call him what you will, he's still one of my closest friends. This picture is from Easter of 96 at my place. You can also get PsYcHo, at his cool web page.
LAURA MORRA
It's the surviving crew from our university residence at 53 James Street East! Here's Laura and I on my 22nd birthday, 1998.
MISTY
Recently departed, but not forgotten is my precious cat, Misty/Fluffy. Don't worry, he didn't die. He just needed a new home.
WESTERN CANADA - 1997
Part of the reason I've had so many opportunities to visit Alberta and British Columbia is my mom's side of the family, the Wiltzen's. This shot is from August of 1997, at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, BC.
On that same vacation, my Auntie Liz, my brother Davey, and Tyler , the best dog in the world, climbed up the popular Sulphur Mountain, which is located on the outskirts of Banff, Alberta. (August, 1997)
CANADIAN MOUNTAIN HOLIDAYS/ BANFF-1998
This summer, my Auntie Liz, her friend Rachelle (taking the picture), her nephew David and I climbed Mount Temple. This shot is from earlier in the nine hour hike, in Larch Valley. Behind us is the Deltaform Peak from the famous Valley of the Ten Peaks. That site used to be on the back of our $20 bill. (August, 1998)
Same day, here is David and I halfway up...
Katharine taking a break...
And leaving through the valley again.
It's my cousin Carrie, Auntie Liz and I being henrys! (Cascade Gardens, Banff. May 1998)
It's Carrie's son, Austin and I on the same day.
One of the reasons I decided to go out West for the summer was because Carrie and Matt were getting married. It was a beautiful day!
I spent a great deal of the summer this year working in the dining room of the Bobbie Burns lodge. After a long day, here are me and my buddy Sky relaxing. (August, 1998)
The Burns' BBQ site was good for two things. CLIMBING and EATING.
It was my last night at the lodge when Paula, Nancy and I were feeling fRiSkY.
The best CMH pilot ever, Chris Bueller!
We had some great days hiking last summer. Here's me, Dana and Paula on a rainy day hike on Bear. (Notice the banged up legs? Comes with the territory!)
Another great day of hiking on Bear with our uber-guide
Andy and the girls, Liiisssaa, myself and Nancy. Ja!
While heli-hiking, I had one spectacular mountaineering experience. We climbed Mount Syphax in the Purcell Mountains. I'm sitting on top of the world!
MISCELLANEOUS
Katharine enjoying Christmas '97 a little too much.
Time for one cool picture Liz took in Oz.
My buddy Chad thinks he's pretty funny. Well, if you'd like to see a whole other side of me, check out his electronic tribute to me. No laughing!
Thanks for taking a look here. I'm sorry if I didn't get to include you, but maybe it's because you don't photograph well.:)
