Botox Injections Aid in Curing Migraines
A migraine headache is a vascular type of headache. It usually is characterized by severe throbbing on one or both sides of the head. Other common symptoms of a migraine include:
� Nausea
� Vomiting
� Sensitivity to light
� Sensitivity to sound
� Sometimes over-sensitivity to touch
Some migraine sufferers experience warning signs before the onset of the headache. These may include visual disturbances, or changes in how things smell or taste. A full blown migraine headache can last anywhere from 4-72 hours and be completely debilitating.
How Does Botox Help?

The surgeon then removes most of the muscles used to make frowning expressions. For migraine sufferers, it is believed that these muscles pinch the nearby nerves and trigger the migraine symptoms.
