Native Plant Sale

Spring Fund Raiser   

KCVPS will again be holding a native plant and shrub sale at Dietz' roadside stand (5974 Lincoln Highway) on Saturday, April 25 from 9AM until all the plants are sold or 2PM whichever comes first.  This is our fourth year and we have sold out every year since we started.  So this year come out early because they go quickly. We again will have a large number and variety of native plants.

If there are unsold plants, we will have them available on Sunday, April 26 from 1PM to 3PM at the museum.  We again have selected plants and shrubs which are not only native but which are not usually carried at the local nurseries.  We also will have the ceramic flower pots available with either Hellam or Hallam on them. 

Mother's Day is coming up and a native plant in a decorative container would make a wonderful gift.  Spread the word, come out to see us. 

 No Meeting in April

Unfortunately there will be no meeting in April this year.  We of course will be having our picnic in July and hope to see you there. And be sure to stop by at the plant sale in April.  For details see our announcement at right. This again bids us to ask of  you our members, to call, email or talk with us and let us know who you would like to hear speak or suggest to us any person or idea you would like to see for meetings in the future.
