John Robinson's Will

ORDINARY OFFICE

In the name of God amen I John Robinson Senior of the State of Georgia and County of Jasper bei ng weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory. Blessed be Almighty G od for the same do make and publish this my last will and testment in manner an d form following (that is to say) First I give and bequeathe unto my beloved wi fe Lydia Robinson all that fractional tract of ??? wherein I now live containin g one hundred and seventy one acres which said tract of land is known by No. 14 5 together with all and ? my goods and chattles that I now possess for her support during lifetime or widowhood my will and desire directly after the death or intermarriage of my wife Lydia Robinson that all my goods, chattles and household furniture may be apprais(ed by?) ?? disinterested persons to be appointed by the inferior court for the county affo resaid and the amount equally to be ?? between my children hereafter named (viz ) my son Luke Robinson and my son John Robinson and my son William Robinson and my son J. S?. Robinson and my daughter Christian Webb and my daughter Lucy Nor th(??) and my daughter Lydia Burks and my daughter Patsy Burks and my daughter Angelinea Robinson There by appointed my beloved wife Lydia Robinson my executrix and my son John Robinson my soul executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made in witness whereof I have here unt o set my hand and seal this the 9th day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named John Robinson to his last well and testament in the presence of we who have herewith subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the tes tator.
