| Tell us about your family. I have a husband named Jim, a son named Brian, and a daughter named Sarah. Do you have pets? I have two Yorkie-Poos named Teddy and Twiggy and a Hans Macaw named Charlie. What is your favorite color? This is such a hard question because I love all the colors of the rainbow! What is your favorite Kindergarten memory? Standing by my teacher Miss Yates during storytime and turning the pages of her BIG BOOK! Where did you grow up? I grew up on a farm in Southern Illinois with my favorite pets, my horse named Topsy and my pet pigs, Sarah Elizabeth and Mokey. What is your favorite school subject? As a child, my favorite was art. My favorite artist is Georgia O'Keefe. What is your favorite thing to eat and drink? Food- Panera Drink- coffee What is your favorite animal? A penguin, of course! What is your favorite thing to do when you are not at St. Dominic School? Sitting on the beach in Michigan! I also like to go to movies and plays, cooking, reading, gardening, and shopping! Why did you want to become a teacher? Because I love to learn from children. They make me happy! Is there anything else you'd like to tell us? I always tell my class that I am the luckiest teacher in the world because I get to teach the KC SUPERSTARS!!!!!
