| Due to some problems with a local band Kcrt must now take legal actions to prevent farther problems and still support local music. |
| To have your music played on KCRT you must first fillout a "CONSENT FORM" This form is available by clicking the yellow link. It is in "PDF form. Open it and fill out the form. Then print it out and send it along with your CD to the address listed on the contact's page of this site. You can e-mail KCRT at "[email protected]" to let them know your sending it. This form will basically let us know your ok with us airing your music or putting it on a FREE to the public Compilation CD. This by NO MEANS is giving us your copyrights, it just means your NOT going to sue us for using your music on air or on a CD. |
| KCRT has and will continue to support local music as much as possible but it's very hard when your a small station and a band does something that could have long term results. Therefore these steps must be takin. |
| You can also hand deliver the CD to our studio's. You will at that time be required to sign a consent form and if interviewed you will be flight recorded for proof of your consent. Interveiws are usually recorded anyway so this is standard practice. |

| All music should be of good quality and be radio friendly. Meaning no vulgur language or adult content. All music will be reviewed and if somewhat playable will be radio edited for air play if needed.
