Miles Traded to Portland
1-23-04: DM has been traded again this time to the Portland Trailblazers in exchange for Point Guard Jeff McInnis and Center Ruben Boumtje-Boumtje. Miles was averaging 8.9ppg in 24mpg for the struggling Cavaliers. Portland may be a good fit for DM. According to head coach Maurice Cheeks the team likes his athletism and versatility and sees Portland as a fresh start for him.
