| First, be a member, applying in the prescribed form, with a monthly membership of KD.1/- As and when, the chance occurs for rehabilitation.i.e. a member intends to leave kuwait for his final settlement in India, each member must be ready to pay KD.10/-each to make the target amount of IRS.1,00,000/-, provided the strength of the Organisation as Fifty. This amount will be awarded to him on the condition that he may not return to Kuwait after 6 months, as per one of the rules and regulations of the Organisation
