Looking Down on Hong Kong

Mrs. Speirs and I caught a taxi up to the top of Victoria Peak, the highest mountain on Hong Kong Island.  From the top we had a fantastic view of the city below.

After our long, hard day of bargaining and buying at Stanley Market, Mrs. Speirs and I went to the Peak Café for dinner.    After a refreshing glass of milk and orange juice, we ate a delicious dinner out on the terrace.

As I ate Chicken Stir Fry with Cashew Nuts, we watched the sun set over the islands and the South China Sea.  What a lovely time we had as we viewed the engaging scene constantly changing before our eyes.  What a memorable day it had been.
