This is Ms. Chuıs P4 class. Her 27 students are 9- and 10-year-olds. Thatıs her waving in the back. She is a native of Hong Kong, but has lived in England, and in Rhode Island as well. |

Here the boys are playing Chinese Chess. I'm not sure of all the rules, but it sure looked like fun. |

The P4 students enjoyed looking at the items in the Culture Box. |

After seeing my fourth graders' Culture Quilt and Culture Box, the P4 students decided to create Culture Books for my American students. They have been working on them for several days to make them look really good. I know my fourth graders and those in the International Club will really enjoy looking at these. They are very interesting, as well as beautiful works of art. | |
| P4 students are studying Australia this year, just as SOCSD students do in 3rd grade. |

The students researched, read about, wrote about, graphed and mapped Australia as part of their studies. Since many of them had visited Australia, they were able to share their own personal information as well. This year, the P5 students went on a field trip to Brisbane, Australia for a few weeks. Now thatıs what I call a field trip! What do you think, Ms. Meatto?! |
