Here�s a picture of the top of the earth.� We were flying very close to the North Pole at this point. The large pieces of sea ice and the deep blue ocean created a dramatic scene. |

Eighteen hours after leaving New Jersey I was in Hong Kong airport.� I was very happy to be off the plane and feeling a little nervous about being in a foreign country by myself. It was very exciting to see the �Welcome to Hong Kong� sign! Mrs. Speirs, the P6 teacher, met me at the airport. I was very relieved to see her. She is very nice and is letting me stay in her home while I am here in Hong Kong. |
