The Foundation provides a wide range of activities for the development of creative talent in the students supervised by experienced members.
The Young Buds Mathematics Olympiad-2000 was organised by the Foundation on September 10, 2000 at S.D. Boys Inter College, Westend Road, Meerut.
In the third consecutive year of its organisation, the Olympiad drew an overwhelming response of over 1000 students from all the major public schools of Meerut. The exam was divided into 4 levels:

Level I Classes III,IV,V
Level II Classes VI.VII,VIII
Level III Classes IX,X
Level IV Classes XI,XII

The results of the Olympiad were declared in November. The first three toppers of each level were awarded cash prizes and merit shields. In addition to this, 12 consolation prize winners of each level were given medals and merit certificates and all other students securing more than 60% marks were rewarded with ‘Certificates of Excellence’. A discount scheme of 50% on the DCA and PGDCA courses for toppers and 40% for consolation prize winners in each level and 10% on Mind Power Study Techniques for both the toppers and the consolation prize winners was sponsored by Centre For Information Technology, Ganga Plaza, Meerut. The School Shield for ‘Maximum participation’ went to Dayawati Modi Academy-I with a participation of more than 350 students. Shields for High Participation were awarded to Translam Academy International and J.P.Academy.
