I ate soooooooooo much that I didn't have any room for ham. It was the hors d'oeurves that did me in. We had coconut shrimp and I picked up a great bread dipping kit and proceeded to gorge myself on ciabatta bread and dipping sauce.

But the meal turned out relatively well. Mr. Picky Pants didn't like the mac and cheese but his sister did, so I consider the meal a success.

And did you know: Coke makes Passover Coke, so you can actually get Coke in this country without High Fructose Corn Syrup. I'm going to see if I can pick some up at QFC. The Passover Varietal comes with a Yellow cap, rather than the standard White.
