De Luna's Philippino Cuisine
photo
Although it's lacking a bit on atmosphere, De Luna's in Port Angeles is the perfect place to satisfy your Lumpia cravings. They have great Lumpia and Pancit and serve several other dishes I've never heard of, but will be certain to try.

The lumpia is fried perfectly with just the right amount of meat in it. It was crispy and had good flavour. The pancit, could have been a bit more flavourful, but it wasn't anything a little hot sauce and soy couldn't cure. The noodles were well cooked, not slimy or hard from sitting in the pan. The vegetables were crisp and not overcooked.

The only drawback I see is that you have to order at the counter and take away from there. I'd prefer a real cafe setting, where the wait staff comes to you. However the staff is really friendly and I had a nice chat with the owner.
I would also prefer to eat on real plates with real utensils. I am sure this will change in the future, but for now it's fine. The food is worth it.

De Luna's is located on North Lincoln just south of the pier.

UPDATE: De Luna's closed a few months ago. It's too bad. It was good cheap food.
