I joined some local area groups. However, only one of those groups is pretty well restricted to local people. And they require filled out profiles.

I really dislike empty profiles and 360s. If you are sincere about wanting to meeting people then you should put some sort of likes on there. If you are just a lurker voyeur type, put it on there. Then I can know that.

As for not being from the area, I don't care if you visit Seattle a lot. You wasted my time and space to see that you don't live anywhere close to me.

And for group owners. I know it's your group, but why can't you be more dicerning of who joins and who doesn't? That's what privatizing the group is for. Let anyone read the messages if that floats their boat, but I'm not keen on blank profile from Italy viewing photos I've posted in your group.

It's just that simple people, why can't you have a lick of sense about running your group (and yes, I own groups so I know of whence I speak)?
