District Convention The 50th Annual Utah-Idaho District Convention is coming up. Convention will be held April 23-25,2004 at the Doubletree Riverside Hotel in Boise. This year our theme will be "Service is Timeless!" The district board is already hard at work planning the convention. Highlights of the convention this year include penny wars, a dance, book drive, special International guests, new officer elections, and much more.
