Normal Service Hours Monday - Saturday : 10:00am - 9:00pm Sunday & Public Holiday : 10:00am - 5:00pm Service Charges Flat rate of RM80.00 for home & RM100.00 for office during normal service hours for a normal job ie. troubleshooting, small fix. RM120.00 & RM150.00 respectively if the job is done after normal service hours. An additional surcharge of RM20.00-40.00 will be charged if the job is an extended one ie. those require reformatting, backup of data, no drivers CDs, networking, streamyx & other devices involved. This does not include parts which will be charged in addition to the service charges.
No travel charge for most KL & PJ areas. However, a RM20.00 surcharge will be charged for areas that are far & outlying. Toll & parking charges if any is to be borne by the customer.
