This is a great project and I love working on the
old houses on 5th Avenue. The homeowner is catching some of the trim
woods that have deteriorated over the years and is replacing it before
it spreads into structural damage.

Finishing touches on a porch.
This was done pretty much like they did them 50 years ago. All wood, Doug fir flooring and hand rails.
The posts are wrapped in a new material called Miratec, it worked out very nice.
