WHAT TO EXPECT
Plaster and Drywall work is dirty business no matter how you look at it.
From start to finish gypsum dust will find its way to the bottom of your
sock drawer on the other side of the house. In a fully furnished house
or business, the contractor you hire has to come prepared. Drop cloths
everywhere and Plastic, Plastic, Plastic!!!! Even then, some dust is
bound to filter through the structure, but extra caution taken by repair
specialists like KCC Designs, keeps it to a minimum.
A FEW TIPS
Make sure you have a designated entrance set for the job,
the closest and clearest path is the best way. If this has drawbacks
that you can't get around, then go to the next best way with the
least amount of obstacles. Put breakables and valuables away for
peace of mind and safe keeping. Any large furniture like an entertainment
center is your responsibility to move to a safe area out of the way until
the work is done.
KCC Designs
is pretty flexible with our hours and will try to work around your schedule. Don't try to have us there when
you are experiencing the most hectic week of your year. Its never easy
having strangers coming and going in your house.
We prefer to have
someone there while we are working, if thats not possible, other arrangements
will have to be made before work starts. Other than that, you just have
to sit back and
'let us get you Plastered'!
