KCC Designs uses up to date computer software to estimate jobs.
Many factors are taken into consideration when putting a bid together.
LABOR
Our prices reflect labor costs in the Mahoning County area. The economy of
the local area where you are working is very important when pricing labor.
This is the best way to offer the client an affordable quote. If we work
out of this area it is a simple matter of punching in the County the job is
located in and obtaining the information from that location.
MATERIALS
Simply put, all of the materials are figured at the time of the bid and purchased
at the start of the job. There is no overhead cost for material storage.
Other than board product, most of the materials in this line of work have
a shelf life, so its hard to buy when prices are low to pass on savings.
CONTINGENCIES
These are costs that it takes to keep a business around to live another day.
