The Hartley Family Tree

**** Due to the fact that this is a "free website" I had to de-activate the dowloadable forms for orders and updates. Goecities only allows so much activity on a website at a time, and we had exceeded several times the allowed data transfer. Please e-mail your requests to me and I will attach the order/ update forms to you. Sorry for the confusion *****

Lorraine and I thought it would be "fun" to create a family tree for the Hartley's. We had no idea how huge this family actually was, or how much work it was going to be (and Lorraine didn't even have to do any of the "computer" stuff). I have counted (so far) from Philomena and Joseph Hartley- 11 children, 41 grand children, 81 great grand children and 11 great great grand children- and that's just people BORN INTO the family! It doesn't even include step children or spouses!!!!

The Family Tree will be updated after the Annual Hartley Family Reunion, usually held in March of every year. At that time, you will have an opportunity to see the current volume, make changes or updates and place an order for the book. This year's VOLUME ONE is $28.00 plus $4.00 to ship the book. If you don't want it shipped, you can make arrangements with Lorraine to pick it up.

After the Family Reunion, I plan to make all updated to the book and have it printed. I can only accept updates up until 3 weeks after the reunion for that year's volume. This year's cut off is April 18, 2004. This is not an easy task to maintain, and I hope that everyone takes the time to check out the book and help make it as complete as possible. If you have any questions, please e-mail me, there's a link to my e-mail on the home page.

I am NOT going to accept people's pictures and add them to their page in the book. I work full time and have a husband and a dog to take care of! It's a fantastic idea, but I do not have the time, or computer memory to maintian that kind of data. The only picture that will be included is the ONLY picture of the Hartley Family, with all the children that was taken in Philadelphia.
