THIS IS A FUNNY AS HELL GAME
This is an awesome game-the graphics suck but it was made in 1984 for crying out loud.

                                               My Ratings
It is really hard to just a game from 1984 now, but ill compare it to other 1984 games.

Graphics: 9 1/2 out of 10. This game has amazing graphics comparing it to other games of that date.Some of the stuff is gory-awesome. When u kill the dragon, blood gushes out of his neck and like makes a pool. It is cool. The coolest thing is when u get killed by the ogre. he like squishes your neck and head!
Gameplay: 7 1/2 out of 10. The gameplay is average-what u can expect from an old game. U click everything-like normal kings quest. The problem on this game is that u have to save all the time cuz when u die, u have to start over. King Grahm can be a idiot-he walks into rivers and drowns alot. Other than a few glitches, it is a pretty good job.
Fun Rating- 8 1/2 out of 10. Difficult game. This game can get old, but it is pretty damn funny. It can keep u playing for quite a while. Pretty cool game overall.

You can't survive a game with out this so ill put it on for u-it tells u how to win. it isnt really a cheat thing tho. the game is hard even with it. watch the games corny intro first. SAVE YOUR GAME EVERY TIME YOU PICK UP A NEW OBJECT!!!!
                                                 Getting the Mirror
Items Needed-Dagger and/or bucket.
The mirror is the easiest of the three items to get. First you need to get the dagger. The dagger is under a rock one screen left of the castle. After you get the dagger, find the well. It isnt extremely hard to find. Get in the bucket itll go down on its own. Once in the well, if you want to (this isnt required) cut the rope and grap the bucket U will then fall into the water. Swim to the opening on the left wall. There will b a huge dragon guarding your mirror. There r two ways to get rid of the dragon. If you like blood and gore, throw the dagger at the dragon. If you are more peaceful, fill the bucket with water and throw it on the dragon. The dragon's fire will go out and it cant harm you. Either way, pick up the mirror that it is guarding. Good job-u have one of the sacred objects.

                                                   Getting the Chest
Items Needed- Carrot, Goat, Magic Beans, Note, Magic Ring
Go to the witches gingerbread house. It is in the lonely dark woods. Watch out for the ogre in these woods, he will kill you all the time. The gingerbread house is one space up and one space left of the cave. Knock on the door. If the witch is home, leave the screen, and come back and try again quickly. Keep trying until the witch isnt home. Once in the house, Go into the bedroom and stand by the bed. The witch cant see you. Once she comes, she will go by her pot. When she is there, go and push her in. B 4 leaving, get the note from the table and the cheese from the cabinet. The cheese is used later. Eat the witches house before leaving. Next go to the carrot field(one screen north of the castle). After you get the garrot go to the goat pen. Open the gate and show the goat the carrot. The goat will follow you. Take the goat to the bridges with the trolls. The goat will knock the troll off the bridge and leave. You can now cross the bridge and talk to the gnome on the other side. The gnome asks if you can guess his name. In the regular game, this is where the note would come in handy. But ill give u the answer. The gnomes name is Ifnkovhgroghprm. IF you got it right, the gnome will give you magical beans. Cross the bridge to the south, go down one screen and to the left two screens. A small elf should appear. If not, just keep trying. Talk to the elf and he will give you the magic ring(LORD OF THE RINGS lol) After getting the ring, go to the cloverfield one screen south of the troll bridge. Plant the beans. The beanstalk will grow. SAVE YOUR GAME HERE! Climb the beanstalk. If you fall from too high, you die. You will end up on the clouds. Walk two screens left STAYING ON THE WHITE. Continuesly save your game here. Keep walking until you see the green grass. You are now in the land of the clouds. Save your game here. Put the invisible ring on when u get to the screen with the giant. He cant c u. Wait till he falls asleep. When he sleeps, grab the chest. Go one screen left after that and go down the cave. Take the ring off. Save your game as you walk down the path. If u fall, u die. When u reach the bottom, the wall on the cave will disappear. U will end up back in daventry.
                                                              Getting the Shield
Items Needed- Bowl, Fiddle, Cheese, Mushroom
First you need to get the ceramic bowl. You have prbbly seen this bowl, but it is two screens left to the south of the troll bridge. Go to the woodcutter's house two screens south of the bowl and look at the bowl. Try giving the empty bowl to the woodcutter. After that, use the bowl on yourself. It will fill with food. Give the ppl the food. They will give u their fiddle. Warm ur hands by their fire 4 extra points. Go to the cave where the ogre lives. It is the one with all the spikes and dirt trails around it. A large bird will appear. Get under the bird and click on it. U will catch on to its talons and it will take you to a weird place with a hole. Before entering the hole, go up the slope thing and get the mushroom. Then go down the hole. Keep walking until u find the rat. Give him the cheese. He will disappear and u can walk into the next room. Play the fiddle for the leprechauns in the next room. The will all leave you alone. Grab the Shield from the leprachaun kings throne and go to the small hole. Eat the shroom and walk thru the hole. Hurry to the castle-If u dont get there fast enough, all hell will break loose and the ogre, giant, and rat will appear all around the friendly part of daventry and kill you. Go to the castle with the objects. You have basically won the game now.
