Chapter One

The blonde blur walked beside her as they watched silently in the corner.  Melissa's soft form crushed lightly against his in order to remain out of sight, wanting to catch her off guard.  Emma carrying a bag over her shoulder as Shane walked a foot or so behind her to her right.  The two women stopped at a door, to their locker room presumably, and Emma was the one to take the lead and move to enter first.  She grabbed the knob as Shane stood back, pressing her shoulder into when Xavier moved forward into the light with Melissa to give her a shove against the shoulder.  Nothing even close to harsh, but enough to send the pregnant blonde stumbling back a few steps through the doorway.  "What the Hell?," she yelled in shocked.  Xavier merely glared at her, feeling the heat of Shane's stare in wonder against his neck.  "Shut the fuck up and stay there for a minute.  Grown up talk," he told her before slamming the door shut.

"What the fuck do you think you're doing, Xavier?  She is pregnant you know" said Shane, a tone of anger rising in her voice.  She cast a glance at Melissa eyeing her up and down, "Although, I she doesn't make the maternity thing look good as much as dimples here."  "Dimples?," asked Melissa, confusion crossing her face as did the line across her forehead.  "Yeah... Dimples," Shane answered with a shrug, "The things on your growing ass, but you know how to work that piece.  If Xavier wouldn't flip, I'd so rock another Michaels world."  "Umm no, pregnancy kind of screwed up my sex life for the next few months," said Melissa in response.  "After?," Shane said with a cock of her head and a smirk.

"Enough!," said Xavier almost to the point of yelling, "Number one,  hell no, I don't need to be tasting rotting tuna every time we kiss.  And number two, what the fuck is this?"  Xavier held up the book that was given to him last week on special needs children.  "It looks like a book to me, Xavier." said Shane casting a look in Melissa's direction, "You sure your parents weren't brother and sister two?  I think he's having some problems upstairs.  Not you though, Mel, looks like the inbred deformed kid stuff skipped you."

Xavier raised a hand, holding it in the distance between Shane and Melissa.  "Shut up, I know what it is you dieter of government cheese," said Xavier as he was clearly getting agitated, "My point is that the shit isn't funny.  I thought you understood the shit going on, but I clearly was wrong."  "Woah, woah, hold on," said a stunned Shane, holding her hands up and palms out in a show of appeasement and that she meant no harm to them, "I had nothing to do with it.  I've been nothing but completely supportive of you two.  Someone's trying to get your attention if you ask me.  Just keep a clear head and think about tonight and getting a shot at getting your title back."

After hearing Shane say that it was not her that sent the book to them, Xavier turned away and started to walk away.  He stopped, however, after hearing her speaking of the Extinction Chamber match.  He turned back to her, a sense of hate, something he had not shown to anyone in over a year.  "Fuck the match," he said through clenched teeth, "I hope I find out who it was and they're in that match.  That's my only motivation for getting into it tonight.  Fuck that title, whoever pulled this shit is dead."

Quickly moving away from Shane, Xavier took Melissa by the hand and made to walk away and to their own locker room.  Pulling away slightly, Melissa gave Shane an apologetic look, hoping she would understand that Xavier was merely under a lot of stress right now. The soft thud of the small book hitting the wall and landing in a heap on the floor after Xavier had thrown it as hard as he possibly could.  "Son of a fucking bitch!," he yelled, his voice going hoarse from the stress and effort as Shane shook her head, looking worried as she watched them walk away.
