Like a lot of other rabbitry's out there, we started in 4-H with a Rabbit Project about 6 years ago. I won BOB the first time I went to fair with Mini Mae, and from then on out me and my Mom were hooked! We started attending ARBA shows and learing about evaluating our animals. Then we bought a tort buck from Canyon Creek's Rabbitry in California. Margret was wonderful, and took hours with us, showing us how to pick babies and how to pick out faults in our show stock. We have several of Margret's animals in our barn and they are doing great. |
